Where are products shipped from? We send all items from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Which countries do we ship to? At this moment we only arrange deliveries to the United Kingdom. Due to updated EU Packaging and Packaging Waste regulations, as of 12 August 2026, we have (temporarily) paused new orders for delivery to the European Union. This does not affect shipments to the United Kingdom. For deliveries to other non-EU countries, please visit our global website: https://www.anon-co.com

I live in the European Union and I'm still interested in buying, what should I do? Let us know your destination country, and we may be able to direct you to local sellers.

For deliveries to the UK, do I have to pay any VAT or other import fees upon delivery? No, when you place an order on our website you are also charged with the VAT tax. Our shipping forwarder or FedEx Express settles the required duties, VAT tax and other import fees to the UK Tax Authorities on our behalf.

Which shipping companies do we use? Upon checkout, you may see one or more of the following shipping options: Royal Mail, DPD and/or FedEx Express. 

What is the estimated delivery time? After placing an order through our website, it will dispatch within 1-2 business days (not on Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong Public Holidays). Delivery times depend on the service selected during checkout. Please be aware that around late November to end of December delivery times can be longer.

Do you ship radios with lithium (Li-ion) batteries? Yes, if your item is powered by a lithium battery, this will be included.
