When will you ship my order?

When you place your order on 12 February (Thursday), we will ship it out on Friday 13 February (Friday). If you place an order during 13-22 February, it will be shipped out on 23 February.

I did not notice the shipping delay, can I cancel my order?

Yes, you are always entitled to have your order cancelled before we arrange the shipment. Please send us an email with your order number and we will make sure not to send it. It may take up to 3 days for us to respond to your message.

How to contact you if I have a question about my order?

Please contact us by email as usual. Even though we are celebrating our Chinese New Year holidays, we will still respond to your enquiries, although this may take a little bit longer than what you are used to from us, but within 3 days.

2026 CNY Holiday Arrangements

Thank you for another year of supporting us! We will be enjoying our annual Chinese New Year holidays from 13 - 22 February. During this time it is still possible to place your orders, but we can only ship them out after our holidays, please take this into consideration.
