Question 2

2. Where do you ship from?

Accepted Answer

All our items are shipped directly from our warehouse in Hong Kong.

Question 3

3. Where do you ship to and which couriers do you use?

Accepted Answer

Due to updated EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulations, we have (temporarily) paused new orders for delivery to the European Union. This does not affect shipments to the United Kingdom, for which we use the services of FedEx Express, Royal Mail and DPD.

For deliveries to other non-EU countries, please visit our global website: https://www.anon-co.com

Question 4

4. Can I track my delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, all orders are provided with a tracking number.

Question 5

5. How much is delivery and how long will it take?

Accepted Answer

The cost of the delivery depends on the items shipped, their destination and the shipping option selected. We try to limit the shipping fees charged by absorbing some of the actual cost, when and where possible. Please feel free to contact us for a quotation, or use the checkout system to see what the shipping cost is.

The average delivery time depends on the service selected and an estimation is indicated during checkout.

Please be aware that from mid-November to mid-January, delivery times for most services will be a bit longer.

Question 6

6. Will I need to pay any import fees?

Accepted Answer

No, during checkout our website collects the related VAT. Our shipping forwarder or FedEx Express settles the required duties, VAT tax and other import fees on our behalf to the UK Tax Authorities.

Question 7

8. Can you deliver to a P.O. Box or Parcel Locker?

Accepted Answer

FedEx Express and DPD only deliver to so-called physical addresses, where someone can receive the parcel.

Question 8

1. Are your radios suitable for Europe?

Accepted Answer

We sell the export versions of the radios that we have on offer. This means that these have passed European standards and are CE certified. The same goes for the power adapters or chargers that these are supplied with. The plugs on these adapters and chargers are European type-C, but no UK type-G plugs are not available. The instruction manuals that come with these products are in English.

Question 9

2. You offer more products on your global website than here, why?

Accepted Answer

On our global website www.anon-co.com we offer some products that are not available on this website. This is primarily the case for radios, because the European Union has placed further restrictions on the import of radio products as of 16 July 2021, to assure their compliance with the Radio Equipment Directive (RED). If an item does not yet (fully) comply, we cannot ship it to the EU.

Question 10

3. Why are product prices on www.anon-co.com so much different than on this website?

Accepted Answer

Prices on anon-co-eu.com are in €, whereas on anon-co.com price are in US$. There are exchange rate fluctuations that are set by PayPal and Stripe (credit/debit card payments) that we need to account for. For some items we also have an alternative pricing mechanism.

Question 11

4. Why is the total price in your eBay shop lower than on your website?

Accepted Answer

There may be situations in which the price in our eBay shop is (slightly) lower than on our website. This may be the case due to exchange rate fluctuations (prices in our eBay shop are in US$), or because of the shipping method offered.
